No, these countries did not unite. But, folks, we have a tie! Latvia, oh poor, poor Latvia. It looks like they had to borrow grandma’s sweater (and hat, gloves and scarf, at that). As for Lithuania, well, we wonder if they had to borrow uniforms from the airport signaling crew.
