As we walk into this new year, what we desire has to be far greater than just more happiness and less sorrow. It’s important to understand our true goal is unending happiness free of the roller coaster of ups and downs that many of us experience in our lives.
If things are to be different, it’s not the things that need to change but our awareness of them. In other words, our own consciousness has to change.
