The unified command of the NATO armed forces and the general staff of the Peoples Liberation Army of China have met in the city of Yekaterinburg and adopted the following declaration:

While all government officials will unite in a hissing of denunciation and denial if anyone says it out loud, there isn’t a lot of appetite in any of the NATO governments west of Poland for military action on the Baltic coast. Vispār jau uz Zemes nav vajadzīga nekāda kosmosa programma, jo, re, Āfrikā un Āzijā cilvēki mirst badā un visapkārt ir daudz citu problēmu. Ne?

Patiesība ir tāda, ka līgums ar Eiropas Kosmosa aģentūru ir nozīmīga lieta Latvijai. Pašlaik no Latvijas tiek gaidīta dalības maksa aptuveni 900 tūkstošu latu apmērā. Apņēmāmies maksāt, tagad vairs negribas. Tas ir daudz? Valstij tas nav daudz, tas ir sīkums, paskat, cik desmiti miljonu bez aizķeršanās ieplūst grimstošos privātuzņēmumos. Savukārt, labums no Latvijas pilnvērtīgas sadarbības ar EKA būs tāds, ka nauda nāks atpakaļ. Mums jāiemaksā dalības maksa, lai varētu piedalīties projektos, kur EKA maksās mūsu zinātniekiem, mūsu inženieriem, mūsu izejvielu ražotājiem, mūsu cilvēkiem. Tā nav zivs, tā ir makšķere.

Pašlaik gan ar Izglītības un Zinātnes ministrijas Dombrovska gādību vai neizdarību, daļēji piepalīdzot arī MK Dombrovskim, ir nobremzēta arī šī ļoti perspektīvā lieta. Igaunija mums ir par pāris gadiem priekšā, sadarbojoties ar EKA, Lietuva ir aptuveni mūsu līmenī. Pagaidām. Šī arī ir tā Latvijas iespēja nokļūt Eiropas elitē, par ko iepriekš mūsu "elite" runāja (tas gan vairāk bija euro dēļ, kas, manuprāt, ir pilnīgs bulšits).

Kanādieši ir aprēķinājuši, ka viens dolārs, ko investējam kosmosa tehnoloģijās, nes atpakaļ divus līdz 100 dolārus, atkarībā no tā, vai tā joma ir tieši vai netieši saistīta.

Latvijā ir par daudz ekonomistu, juristu, un paši to visu zināt. Kosmosa izpēte ir iespēja attīstīt valsti, pacelt eksaktās zinātnes, attīstīt industriju, radīt darbavietas, "ražot" zinātniekus un inženierus, nevis biroju darbiniekus. Tam visam ir milzīga pievienotā vērtība, kas cita starpā papildina budžetu un ļauj pabarot izsalkušos tiešā vai netiešā veidā.

Protams, jauniešu un vispār iedzīvotāju veselīgums, iespējas nodarboties ar sportu starptautiskā un profesionālā mērogā arī ir būtiski, un tai arī jābūt valsts prioritātei ne tikai uz papīra, taču šīs abas lietas nevar pretstatīt, Diāna Zaļupe.

Garais autobuss tīši mēģināja nospiest no Brīvības ielas (piestāju, parunājos, piedraudēja, nofotografēju, rakstīšu RS), pēc tam savācāmies veseli pieci un kā normāla baikeru banda aizbraucām līdz jūŗai pēc gaisa.

Atceļā divi atkrita, pēc tam vēl vienam pietika, divatā ar brālēnu mazliet pariņķojām pa Mežparku, un beigās viens devos uz centra pusi, kur saskrējos ar kādu riteņbraucēju – abi lavierējām starp cilvēkiem uz celoveliņa, līdz pēdējā brīdī pamanījām un uzslīdējām viens otram virsū. Dabūju pa kāju un vispār jutos to tiešām pelnījis, bet viņa tā iesaucās un tik gādīgi apjautājās, vai man viss kārtībā.

Bet nu..

Kompensācijai vakars pavadīts pie plīts, cepot biezpiena plācenīšus. Nekad TO nebiju darījis, un arī šovakar vispār bija plānotas pankūkas, bet mīkla sanāca tāda savādāka, jo receptes ir perfekcionistiem, un tā nu pirmoreiz mūžā pašam savi plācenīši – ne tik smuki kā omītei, taču garšo labi, it sevišķi kopā ar rudenī gatavoto ābolbrūkleņzapti, kas jau iet uz beigām, jo arī tā padevās itin garda. Labi. Papīru var iebāzt.. krāsnī.
