Dear Sir,

I will like to use this medium to introduce myself to you. I am Usman Songo.
The son of the late Chief Omoh Songo of Tungo, Sierra Leone. I learnt that
you can be trusted and confided in for assistance on business, investment
and management issues so I wish to contact you.

My father was until his death, the chairman of of the Sierra Leone National
Diamond and Mining Corporation (SNDMC), unfortunately he was among the
twelve civillians executed by Ahmed Tijan Kabbah,the current embattled
incumbent president. My father alongside with eleven other civilians were
wrongly accused of trading State Diamond Gem (SDG) to sponsor the former
dictator, Major Johnny Koromah to oust the democratic government in 1997
before the war finally broke out. I guess that is all history now.

Before his death, my father handed over some documents to me in his "WILL"
which reveals that he deposited the sum of twenty five million US dollars
($25 million US) with a security company house (with liaison office in
London and head office in Accra, Ghana), using my name as the next of kin.
Actually, he deposited this money in disguise, as "precious items" in a
galvanised crate.

Right now, I am sending you this message from Accra, Ghana, Am in afix and
desperately in need of help.
I want you to assist me to facilitate the removal of this money from the
Security Company House, so that i can come over to your country or any
European country to invest it in a very profitable business venture (in
partnership with you). Definitely, I am interested in investing with you
through which I can be your partner over there. You see, here in Africa, our
economic stability is dangling, so I decided to invest abroad to start a new
life all over again.
By indicating your willingness to help me out of this situation so that I
can give you all the details (documents handed over to me by my father).
