To var panākt arī ar konteinerkuģi; nav vajadzīgas raķetes. MAD scenāriji netiek apskatīti. First-strike nozīmētu atbildes triecienus un šo režīmu beigas. Kāpēc lai viņi tā darītu? Bet tava atbilde labi parāda, ka arī militāra opcija ir riskanta. Vislabāk ir, īsti konservatīvā garā, nedarīt neko (t.i., pakļaut šos režīmus sankcijām un starptautiski izolēt).
