Un piekrītu, ka ASV ir pati iznīcinājusi savas morālās tiesības Al Naširi un pārējos spīdzinātos, kas joprojām bez apsūdzībām tup Abu Graibas cietumā, tiesāt un sodīt:

The court ordered the Polish government to pay each of the men 100,000 euros in damages. It also awarded Zubaydah 30,000 euros to cover his costs.
Bet, ņemot vērā sadaļu wiki šķirklī par Zabaidas un Al Naširi mental health, viņi, iespējams, vairs nesaprot tādu konceptu kā "nauda", nedz arī kādu citu konceptu.

Izskatās arī, ka Obama negrib šo lietu virzīt uz CIA bijušo vadītāju un viņiem pavēles devušo tiesāšanu, lai gan Amnesty International un Human Rights Watch to pamatoti pieprasa. Tas gan acīmredzami novestu pie augsta ranga bijušo politiķu, iespējams, pat Buša tiesāšanas. Un tas, protams, izklausās smieklīgi.
Bet šis ir ļoti nopietni. Un nezinu, ko atbildēt blakusstāvētājam, kurš ieskatījās reportā un pa jokam izmeta: "Nu ja, pret to jau arī Putins cīnās".
