There are four ceiling lamps in my office, out of which only one is working. I guess it is just that the neon bulbs have broken down.

I would be obliged if you could mend / exchange them.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the bar codes of any of the lamps.
Maybe it is because they are on the ceiling and the bar codes are sticked somewhere else?

Sorry but withoud barrecode it's no possible to change the bulb.

Dear Mr Capids,

I would expect that you should at least try to help me by saying where these mysterious bar codes can be stuck, because it is not my job to know it. I am supposed to work here - it is hard to do my job well in darkness.

Because you have not stuck these bar codes on the ceiling lamps themselves, I have no clue where else they can be. Therefore I would simply suggest that you send somebody from your team, who will find these stickers.

I look forward to receiving further assistance from you, so that we can identify these bar codes and that bulbs of the ceiling lamps in my office can be exchanged.
