bet saka, ka 0.8g/kg esot tads minimums svara zaudesanai, vienalga tas sanak tik daudz, ka bez vistas un pulvera neiztikt

bet ok, salasijos ari par low-carb svara zaudesanu un secinaju, ka esmu uz pareizaa celja !

jaa, nu man laikam tas nespid, un ari ne parak kaardina,,,, es tikai sodiem atklaju to collagen protein pulveri, par ko laudis raadas but lielaa sajuusmaa, jo locitavaam, adai, matiem un vel sazin kam ! un veele s atklaju low-carb wraps ! ar 4g oh uz vienu ! nu, tas bus mans nakamais pirkums, vispirms janoed esosie krajunmi
