bet saka, ka 0.8g/kg esot tads minimums svara zaudesanai, vienalga tas sanak tik daudz, ka bez vistas un pulvera neiztikt

bet ok, salasijos ari par low-carb svara zaudesanu un secinaju, ka esmu uz pareizaa celja !
