The city of Bochum was fined 10,000 Euro, because they didn't manage to get the deported former bodyguard of Bin Laden back. Tunisia wants to keep the guy for themselves (he is a Tunisian citizen) and charge him with terrorism, but German judges love their terrorists so much, that they can't let that happen.

But there's also good news: A deported Afghan citizen, who had been denied asylum, will be brought back to Germany, because prior to his deportation, he had raised an objection against the denial and therefore shouldn't have been deported.

Viss ir čikeniekā, tie ir tikai “proceduāli pārkāpumi”, kuri ir jāizlabo, kā mūs izglītotu juristi. :D
