The summer of 2020 was the most insane moment I can recall. Global supply chains were shattered over a <0.1% fatal virus, which was known at the time. At the same moment we had nationwide protests endorsed by thousands of healthcare officials, we had arrests made of people running restaurants and going to the beach. Media propaganda counters of deaths 'attributed to' covid. Historical monuments toppled. The most openly depraved white guilt ceremonies went global. Widespread social antagonism over wearing a mask that clearly did nothing. Nurses dancing on TikTok in clearly empty hospitals at the same time we were told they were being overrun. Schools were openly used as money flow bargaining, resulting in entirely needless destruction of education. No one could see grandpa in his final moments because safety. That happened all summer long.
In a survey done on January of 2022, over 60% of Democrats wanted to require proof of vaccination to shop in a business, eat in a restaurant, attend college, go to a sporting event, or travel by airplane. This is well after it was obvious the vaccine did not control the spread, daily propaganda blamed you for grandma dying if you didn't get the vaccine, and Biden said we would have a winter of death due to the unvaccinated. Keep in mind, the EUA for these vaccines was given explicitly to prevent covid19, not to lessen symptoms. And that wasn't even tested.
