The introduction of more regulations and more technology, supposed to alleviate the workoad of doctors, has basically led to the opposite.
I imagine the higher you go in levels of technology, the worse the imbalance gets.

Tas pats ar US vēlēšanām - jo vairāk aparātu ar ko vieglāk skaitīt, jo ilgāk skaita.

Jā, savdabīgs fenomens. Valstīs, kur skaita vecmodīgi, vecas kafiju un bulku tantes, mierīgi nakts laikā var. Nekas nevar pārspēt kafiju un bulku tantes, īpaši ja vēl kaķi blakām.

pie mums cilvēki nemaksā nodokļus, tāpēc ārstiem ir mazas algas. tā ir pe mums.
