Dear Parents,

As I told the students, I was delighted with the way they behaved during the school trip.

Everyone joined in the activities of abseiling, hydro-speed, rafting, mini-rafting and orienteering and I’m sure you have heard how much they enjoyed all of them. Apart from Alessandro hitting his leg on a rock, the week passed without incident.

My only negative comment is that I was disappointed how few parents and students had the grace to thank Mr. Pollicini and I for organising the trip. As I’m sure you realise, taking a group of third year students away on a school trip is exhausting and nerve-wracking and a word of thanks would have meant a lot to us.
