iesaka uznemt 25-30g proteina 4x diienaa - problema jau ta, ka to var izdarit tikai ar galu/zivi vai proteina pulveriem (vai ari 300 g biezpiena/grieku jogurta)

bet saka, ka 0.8g/kg esot tads minimums svara zaudesanai, vienalga tas sanak tik daudz, ka bez vistas un pulvera neiztikt

bet ok, salasijos ari par low-carb svara zaudesanu un secinaju, ka esmu uz pareizaa celja !
