nu, sajauc sezama sēklas ar olu (sakultu), bišk sāli, karotīti miltu, un apvārta to siera šķēli tamā masā, tad cep - pa visu siers izkusis, apkārt karukšķīga sezamsēklu garoza. Ja apmeklē krogu "Ingars" Ulmaņa gatvē, tad tur var (vismaz verēja) dabūt.
