No, about 1/4 of the Turkish immigrants in Germany are officially unemployed and on welfare [1]. In total almost half of the Turks don't work, though [2] because e.g. most Turkish women are housewives.
The Turkish immigrants who do work mostly have only menial employment in the low wage sector and thus still largely rely on the welfare state. "Leistungsträger" (people who pay more in taxes than they consume in form of government services) are a tiny minority among Turkish immigrants.
Furthermore in the really "culturally enriched" neighborhoods like Berlin-Neukölln, which are the strongholds of the Erdogan fans half the people are on welfare. These neighborhoods could not exist without the welfare state. The welfare state is the foundation of the Muslim parallel societies here in Germany.

With the potatoes gone countless neighborhoods in Germany would flip to solid Muslim majorities.
