A side point about the Labour party (musdienas inkarnaacija). They really need the Muslim vote in many Northern towns, so there is also political pressure to turn a blind eye to Muslim crime, too. When the independent politician George Galloway formed the party 'Respect' in heavy Muslim constituencies, he smashed the Labour party twice.
