Nē. Transgender - kad dzimtes identitāte nesakrīt ar dzimumu. Ārsts nefiksē jaundzimušā dzimtes identitāti, bet gan dzimumu.

Nē. Tas, kas atšķir vīriešus (trans women) no sievietēm (cis women) ir viņu dzimums, nevis dzimtes modalitāte.
