Šo jauniešu doma ir pieprasīt bez diskusijas varu nepierādot ka viņi ir šīs varas cienīgi. Ja viņi šo varu dabūs to paņems tie kuri šos jauniešus sakūdīja, jo viņi nebūs spējīgi varu noturēt dēļ pieredzes un gara spēka trūkuma. Un tad valdīs tie, kuri demokrātiskā ceļā netiek pie varas, jo cilvēki viņus negrib.
