Hiperfantāzija ir man
Fani! Es nupat pamodos un randomly atvēru rakstu, kas beidzot man paskaidro manas smadzenes! Tās tiešām ir hiperaktīvas! Tas ir viens no veidiem, kādos manas smadzenes ir piedzimušas nenormāli hiperaktīvas bundle of joy and pain. Lūk!

Hyperphantasia is a cognitive trait characterized by an, often, involuntary, extremely vivid, and high-definition "mind's eye" that can produce images with a nearly lifelike"photorealistic" quality. It is the opposite of aphantasia on the mental imagery spectrum, affecting roughly 3% of people.

Symptoms & Characteristics
Vivid Visualization: Intense mental imagery that is, for many, as clear as real perception.
Multisensory Imagery: It can extend beyond sight to include sound, smell, taste, and touch.
High Detail & Color: Images are sharp, detailed, and often in full color.
"Cinematic" Experience: Mental simulations can appear as, and move like, films.
Projector/Associator Modes: Images may be projected onto the real world or experienced internally.

Causes & Diagnosis
Mechanism: It is thought to involve enhanced connectivity between the brain's frontal, parietal, and temporal regions, with a strong role for the "fusiform imagery node" (FIN) in creating the visual feel.
Diagnosis: Primarily identified through self-report questionnaires, such as the Vividness of Visual Imagery Questionnaire (VVIQ), where a score of 75–80 typically indicates hyperphantasia.
