You are probably aware the Armenian delegation , participating in the plenar session of the EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly in Baku, took a walk in the capital city. They even saw the Armenian church situated in the city center. No incident happened. However, the Azerbaijani delegation visited Armenia in conncetion with the EURONEST, did not get a warm welcome and how could you comment this?
