Ministriem tomēr jābūt ekspertiem vai speciālistiem nozarē, kuru pārstāv. Ja nav, tad sanāk kā Pavļutam - acis mirkšķina un kaut ko stāsta, īsti nekas nav skaidrs - ko tieši grib pateikt.
