Having this class switched to IgG4 antibody might not be without it's consequences and of the ones that the authors mentioned:

1. reduced tolerance towards spike protein; it means that such individuals are much, potentially, more likely to be re-infected by the virus;

2. it could lead to development of chronic infection, meaning that the virus might persist for a much longer duration of time once the person is infected;

3. this repeated mRNA vaccinations, mRNA themselves, they might suppress the interferon, proper interference functioning and that can result in reduced immune response towards the virus, not just SARS-CoV-2 virus but other pathogens as well;

4. increased buildup of IgG4 antibodies could also lead to development of autoimmune diseases, and the reason why is because, basically, these antibodies often are associated with other autoimmune diseases so they might lead to similar issues as well, including potentially autoimmune myocarditis as well.
