Visi manie mīļotie ir smaržojuši pēc tabakas. Taču man pirms kāda gada, lēnām, pāris nedēļu laikā pazida vēlme smēķēt, cigaretes kļuva absolūti pretīgas un uzdzina sliktu dūšu. Tagad pat iedzerot nespēju smēķēt, bet, ja mēģinātu - tas visticamāk beigtos ar vemšanu. Laikam jau man ir paveicies, ņemot vērā, cik grūti cilvēkiem iet ar atmešanu. |

Vakar nogāju 24K pa mazajiem kangariem. Šodien 8K pa buļļu kāpām, bonusā uzskrēju svētdienas garo 19K ar tempu 5:42min/km. Beidzot laikam jūtos viegli saguris.
Skrējienā pārsteidza, ka es reāli izbaudu tā saucamos "sliktos" laikapstākļus - ass ziemeļvējš, slapjš sniegs un +1. Skrienu un esmu laimīgs. Tagad tā normāli štirī.
Ir plāns uzstādīt jaunu PR maratonā distancē (gribētos 3h45min), pagaidām pat sanāk kaut necik nopietni gatavoties. |
