Well ...it seems to me that the left-wing idea that you can't do this or that if you aren't from a priviliged caste is very powerfully pushed in the UK. While, there is some truth in it sometimes, it is exaggerated for political purposes - -and as a consequence the will can wither on the spine, so to speak.
