Mūzika:braids - letting go

In ancient rhetoric there is a concept called “kairos” which simply defined is the ability of the rhetorician to quickly take into account various aspect of the given context and utter a speech act that based on the contingencies of the situation, would have the greatest impact. Kairos is the ability to capture the moment.

From a rhizomatic perspective, the structure of improv interaction is a multiplicity in that there are multiple intertwining scenarios that may or may not be related to one another. Any topic of interaction is subject to morph, end, proliferate and it is ontologically dynamic and indeterminate. Temporality and linearity are either non existent, or perturbed, as well as the notion of space itself, since any scenario at any point can transition from being a representation of a realistic moment to one of utter absurdity springing into existence through a random gesture or utterance.

Improvised interactions are structured as inherently chaotic and in flux. Perhaps that is why they really resonates with life, at least for me.
