Savukārt šeit sākas problēmas ar to, ka skriet pakaļ nezināmiem nezināmajiem nav robusta stratēģija un tiešām atgādina to haotisko šaudīšanos starp vāji pamatotiem mērķiem, ko tad arī varam novērot pie "zaļo" aktivitātēm (vācu AES slēgšana ar ogļu TEC atjaunošanu ir jaunākais ilustratīvais piemērs).
