"I don't talk to 'women'": Female employees flee immigrant rich Kista mall

DOMESTIC. Female employees at Kista Galleria in Stockholm now resign from their jobs at the mall because of oppression and sexual harassment from customers in the immigrant rich district. This is stated in a report by journalist Joakim Lamotte.
In an audio recording from a store in Kista mall that Joakim Lamotte publishes, an aggressive customer is heard declaring that he refuses to receive service from an employee - because she is a woman.
- "It's me who decides whether or not to talk to 'women'. Get evidence and show that this is not possible", says the man, who at the time is said to have been dressed in "full beard and white kaftan".
A male employee who goes in between tries in vain to explain that both men and women work in stores in Sweden. He also accuses the customer of being disrespectful to his colleagues.
However, the man still requires to shop in the store and to be only served by a man. He threatens to "get the police and come back" if his demands are not met.
According to Joakim Lamotte, more and more women are now choosing to leave their jobs in the Kista mall. They testify, among other things, about sexual harassment they have been exposed to outside in the parking lot.
- "In the beginning, I parked outside the mall, but after several times being harassed and getting strange foreign men knocking on my windshield when I sit in the car, I chose to park in the mall's parking garage instead. But it became unsustainable in the long run because of the expensive parking fee", says a woman with whom Lamotte has been in contact with.
Others talk about how they, like the woman in the clip, have experienced that male customers refuse to talk to them. The woman tells Joakim Lamotte that even her female colleagues have been subjected to "the same degrading discrimination" and that this is "more or less everyday food" in the workplace.
