I think it's pretty much textbook stuff when it comes to destroying a society. You take a society of close-knit, egalitarian communities where people know each other and greet each other in the street, where social life is based around social circles. Then add to that society modernism, urbanisation, individualism, mass immigration, and sexual revolution. Soon enough people won't even know their neighbours anymore. All that's left is small social circles of friends, and besides that, people don't even dare to make eye contact with strangers, because it might be misinterpreted as a sign of aggression or (homo)sexual interest, which is absolutely haram.
