603,428 decisions were made by the BAMF (Federal Office for Refugees and Migration)
232,307 applicants, or 38.5% were rejected. HOWEVER...
only 29,522 were willingly repatriated
300,237 applicants immediately appealed the decision, and went right back into the system (these cases will drag on into infinity)
228,859 were applicable for deportation, BUT...
only 29,278 were cleared for deportation
166,068 migrants stayed despite a valid deportation order, BECAUSE
- 71,402 could not be deported for "various legal or factual reasons" including muh human rights;
- 65,025 could not be deported because they did not have travel documents (LOL);
- 9,477 could not be deported due to family reasons;
- 7,989 could not be deported due to training, school, or sickness;
- 4,602 could not be deported deportation stop in various countries;
- 4,278 could not be deported due to medicinal reasons.
Altogether, only 23,966 were actually deported - 4% of all processees, and 10% of all rejection cases

Addendum, these would include the Albanians and other obvious fakes
But even the total does not include those who never registered and will never be registered
And those who get pitched out may take their chances again with "lost documents"
This also not include the YUGE corruption case recently discovered at the BAMF
