The rules are actually perfectly clear: Men must not engage in any behavior that may be interpreted as sexual, regardless of intent. But women must remain free to express their sexuality, otherwise they are being oppressed and shamed. This is because male sexuality is predatory, harmful, and evil; while female sexuality is beautiful, pure, liberating, and an expression of love.
