Vegetables and hunger
I have spotted, that vegetables seem to have a very interesting effect on my appetite. If I have also vegetables in my meals, then I remain hungry no matter how much I eat. Or I should say, I can eat forever, if I eat regular food (meat, breadstuff, milk-based products, potatoes) together with vegetables. Whareas fruites do not have such an effect. Vegetables only also don't work this way, that is, vegetables initiate my appetite only in combination with other dishes. That's why I don't like vegetables - they make me hungry.
