- DEATH: Deaths for people are planned with a help of huge system. Information sistem. It calculates the time of everyone's death. And this system is called my brain. Why in this minute? The same thing. Following your destinies I know the last moment to lead people to me.
- HOUND: There is no such thing like destiny...
- DEATH: Oh, my dear, there is. I know all futures on the world. Because I need to see the exact time to take you off the race.
- SWAN: But why then you... kill some innocent and... clever, succesful and well-minded ones?
- DEATH: Like I said. It's the destiny. No matter how good or bad are you, If your time has come, you can not stop the clock. And from the other side, maybe there is no usuage for them into the future also. And I am not even killing in random. Death cases are specially found. For example, there are two people, from which one is very useful for the future, or a bit better than the second, and if their lifes can get into the crossroads, after which the “Good” one will change his life according to the other one's points of view, or there is no possibility to avoid of the come-accross, the worse one will be killed before it happens.
