When working in small groups, Agnija is a natural leader. She demonstrates responsibility toward the group effort. She is definitely the kind of person who always tends to look at the bright side of life and helps the rest of the team to cheer up when everybody was down before. She is an excellent team player.

I feel Agnija has the abilities and drive to accomplish almost anything she sets her mind to. She is very eager and hard working.

Even if her English vocabulary was not sufficient at times she always found other excellent ways of expressing herself. She even managed to do workshops with groups that only spoke German. The feedback we got from them was always very positive.
