ko nozīmē "state - of - the art" ? Tilde neko nepalīdz, un teikums, kur tas parādās ir šāds: "Does the paper contain an appropriate "state-of-the-art" section?"

the highest level of development at a particular time (especially the present time); "state-of-the-art technology. Proti, tāds, kas atbilst šā brīža sasniegumiem zinātnē, tehnoloģijās.
