d'oh! i just found out i'm missing cake play in bakersfield tomorrow.... damnation!!! buuuut my best mate & i are finally off for a fabulous weekend in santa cruz to frolic on the beach & of course to catch the frames & calexico gig. i really, really need this now so i'm beyond ecstatic. lately, i've no time to sleep or eat, & it doesn't look like that'll change anytime soon. but if one more person says to me that i'm "wasting away", i'll... i'll... oh meh.
