pat ar kilo šitādas paikas - puskilo rīsu (sausā masa, cik vēl, ja izvāra...), puskilo burkānu un drusku siera - var uzņemt ap 2400 kcal, tev/man vajag dienā ap 2800 plus fiziskā slodze

turklāt ļoti maz olbaltumvielu (vienīgi no siera, bet tur arī kaudzēm tauki + holesterīns)
