Forget about dubstep for 30 minutes. Organ concerts take place every day at 12pm (except Sundays) at Riga Cathedral during the summer season. Take a short walk around the inner courtyard after the concert - most Latvian`s don`t even know it`s there. Concert admissions is € 7.
