Tā esot bijusi agrākā cena, par kuru iepriekšējie īpašnieki pirkuši. Tagad vai nebija 25 miljoni?

The island property was appraised at US$10 million in 1999, prior to any development. Recently two accredited valuation companies concurred that the current value is estimated at $25 million Euros. Once the resort is open the value would be approximately $40 million Euros.
