To visu es zinu, tieši tāpēc gribēju zināt kāds mūsdienās ir stāvoklis ar šo lietu. Ir frozen un neitrālu novērotāju monitorēts vai nav? Nav jau obligāti jākrāpjas, var vienkārši mazliet ''adjustēt'' algoritmu ik pa laikam un pavei, mašīna mācās. Tāpēc imo šajos mačos vajag kaut kāda veida ''sekundantus'', kas kontrolē, ka mašīna tiešām, visu paveic pati un nekādi aitišņiki tai attiecīgā turnīra laikā klāt vispār netiek. Un nē, recenzijas no cunftes brāļiem nenozīmē itin neko.

Man nav konkrēta viedokļa par lietu, jo neesmu šaha eksperts, bet vienā citā forumā cilvēks, kas ir un ir lasījis par Kasparova lietu zina teikt šo:

One can't help but notice that IBM was acting quite strange indeed, they did not give Kasparov insight into the computer, became very hostile and arrogant and destroyed the computer and stopped further research. In match 2 the computer played very strangely, not like a computer at all and forfeited basic advantages which is unexplained.

Kasparov believed that it was to be a fair fight between human and machine, in which both sides possess advantages and disadvantages. The computer can calculate much better and deeper, but the human understands the game much better. It's clear that if the computer was assisted by a human as Kasparov believes, he was not fighting in a fair fight.

Personally I think something is very fishy, and IBM has not demonstrated sportsmanship by destroying the computer and refusing a rematch.

For this contest to have a definite conclusion, it should be redone under very strict supervision and rules that are fixed before the match. Not one lone guy sitting helplessly while an army of wizkids run around and change parts of the computer and software as they please.

I say Kasparov was beaten this one time but the conditions for an official contest were not given, and IBM has yet to to prove that it was indeed the computer that beat Kasparov.

Tāpat fakts, ka IBM ar lielu steigu izjauca DP. No otras puses Kasparovam noteikti ir milzu ego un iespējams visu var norakstīt uz tīru butthurtu.
Jebkurā gadījumā, datoram šādos gadījumos jābūt iesaldētam, lai varētu veikt korektus secinājumus par tā spējām.
