Why do many people like to tell other people what to do, how to react etc etc!

I understand if a person asks for advice, or you think that it would help that other person, but if you just want to put somebody down by saying - you are stupid, bla bla bla, without himself being very much smarter...
Or judging before getting to know a person.

It sux!
