Our creativity and design team in You Art spends long hours everyday looking for new trends and inspiration. It’s part of our job as an agency to chat as often as we can with designers, artists, planners and other proffesionals in the culture sector. But we must confess we also spend quite an amount of our time monitoring blogs and other media, longing to find creative ideas around the world. Arquitecture, app developement, sculpture, music… we know from experience that inspiration is everywhere when you live with curiosity.
So today I decided to start sharing here some of these awesome artists, active nowadays and generating amazing work. Keep this 5 in mind just in case you get thirsty for new trends.
Simón Prades
German designer and illustrator Simón Prades has worked in the last few years for journals, magazines and other companies such as New York Times, Katachimag, NIKE, Serviceplan or Joyce. His work is as detailed as it is impredictible, you can see it all on his web page.
Tony Matelli
Born in Chicago, Tony Matelli lives and works in New York. He studied arts and design and I got immediately caught by his sculptures. At www.tonymatelli.com you’ll see why.
Hopare
With just a glimpse over his portfolio, one realises that Hopare’s art has an urban soul. His work is full of colour, motion and surprises, but it is also based on geometry and firm strokes. Don’t miss his online gallery.
Don John
He’s painted on street walls but also exhibited in galleries. In Don John we find an international artist who shares his passion with I Do Art collective. God bless personal webpages! You can also find his work online here.
Bartek Elsner
Bartek’s giant Mini Guetto Blaster turned many heads in Zurich (for the International Radio Festival 2012 campaign). His unique style with cardboard will blow your mind (see The Paper Stuff), and it’s just one of the many techniques he masters.
