auksti kūpināta forele, sarkanais sīpols, kaperi - attiecības uz čuju. visu sakapā, sajauc. liek uz caurspīdīga grauzdiņa, virsū liek paipalas olas (lai viņas deg ellē, kā es ar tām nomocījos) dzeltenumu (cerams, bez salmonellas), ēd.

Vot šitas ir garšīgi. Līdzīgi taisu laša tartaru. Tikai + citrons un to visu neliek uz grauzdiņa, bet piekož grauzdinu klāt.
