Ar ko atšķiras "curd", "quark", "cottage cheese"?
Citiem vārdiem sakot - kā angliski pareizāk apzīmēt biezpienu?

quark ir taads pavisam samalts, jau kreemveidiigs biezpiens. manupraat cottage cheese buutu iistaakais.
