Because I think that the probability of somebody calling upon Loki in my funeral is even less than in the case of Cthulhu. It's like those options nobody ever clicks. And I won't be buried anyway - my head will be either on ice or scooped empty of the brain for uploading, so it's just appropriate that the rest of my meat will be cremated instead.
