Kā ir pareizi: "building on Pils street 2" vai "building at Pils street 2"?

Bet zini, nupat saminstinājos. Laikam šai situācijā tomēr at. Par ielām vienmēr ir on, bet šoreiz runa ir nevis par ielu, bet numuru.
Nupat pārbaudīju gūgli "on 221B Baker Street" un "at 221B Baker Street", tomēr pareizi būs at, jo šai teikumā galvenais ir nevis iela, bet māja. Ja nebūtu tā numura (numurs vienmēr pirms ielas), tad būtu on.
