Cik saprotu no komentāriem internetā MK noteikumi velo pārvadāt ļauj, tie ir stiprāki, RS vispār var tikai noteikt KUR sabiedriskajā transportā to velo pārvadāt, bet nevar to aizliegt. link Read Comments
