Kur šis kapitālisms ir nonācis ar to, ka tam finanšu aspektā nav iebūvēti tie līdzsvarošanas mehānismi, kādi valda parasto preču tirgū, kur pieprasījuma un piedāvājuma attiecības darbojas kā dabisks regulētājs. Bet kas ir noticis finanšu pasaulē - līdz šim brīdim tas nav noregulēts."
