Ja granta programmā ir teikums: "The EU grant requested cannot be lower than EUR 100 000" un EU piešķir tikai 80% projekta finansējuma "the grant cannot constitute more than 80% of overall eligible project costs", tad KĀ PAREIZI uzskatīt?
a) 100 000 ir kopējais projekta apmērs (minimālais), no kura EU sedz 80%
b) 100 000 jau ir šie 80%, un projekta kopsumma būs 125 000 ??
