Ir dažādi sojas izstrādājumi - nu ko tik nevar uztaisīt no sojas :) + Ir dzirdēts, ka tikai fermented (raudzēta) soja ir ok, no kā izriet, ka ēdami ir tradicionālie sojas izstrādājumi (tādi kā miso).
Parakņājoties atradu šo:

hum, nezinu tādu miso ar samaltām zivtiņām. Miso tāpat kā tofu ir daudz paveidu; varbūt kādā no tiem arī ir samaltas zivtiņas. | |
